I’m Tracy Chinweikpe Eze-Kpanuku — also known publicly as 3racy — and I started THERACYREAPER because I kept seeing visionaries whose substance, identity, or potential had not yet been fully recognised, structured, or expressed: real work, real conviction, and nothing built around it sturdy enough to carry the weight of what they were becoming. That is not a talent problem. It is an institution problem. So the practice exists to do exactly what its name says — institutionalise the visionary: give what is already true about someone a structure that can hold. I believe that what is real deserves more than recognition. It deserves a vessel.
And this is not only for them. I am doing this for myself too. I want to see people properly benefit — profit — from what is already theirs: their skill, their knowledge, their talent, whatever God gave them. Not lose it, not give it away, not wait on someone else’s permission to make something of it.
The practice does soul-farming work. We do not graft a brand onto a visionary. We surface, structure, and sharpen what is already in their soil — and where the soil is bare, we plant deliberately, and they tend what grows.
Sometimes the thing we are building doesn’t have a name yet. That is not a reason to wait.
