Privacy Policy

THERACYREAPER LTD is the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy.

What We Collect

  • When you contact us — your name, email, message contents, and anything you share in your enquiry.
  • When you book a Soil Reading — your brand name, preferred time, and your answers to the intake questions.
  • When you engage us — the contact and payment details (via Mainstack) needed to deliver and bill the engagement, and the substantive material you choose to share in the work.
  • When you visit this site — anonymised analytics via Netlify Forms and Netlify Analytics, and, with consent, non-essential cookies.

How We Use It

  • To answer your enquiry, deliver an engagement, and produce the deliverables.
  • To meet legal obligations — tax records and statutory filings.

Who We Share It With

Service providers who help us run the practice — Google Workspace, Mainstack (payments), Netlify (this website), and our accounting platform. Our accountant and legal counsel, where their work requires it. Regulators, where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where It’s Stored

In Google Workspace and the services listed above. Some data may be stored outside Nigeria, where our service providers are based; we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for any such transfer. We do not store your card details — payments are handled directly by Mainstack.

How Long We Keep It

Client engagement files: 7 years post-engagement (tax). Session recordings: 90 days post-engagement, sooner on request. Prospect enquiries: 36 months from last contact. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Write to theracyreaper@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

Security

We protect your data with measures appropriate to the risk, including access control, two-factor authentication, and restricted-access storage for sensitive material.

Changes

Where we make a material change to this Policy, we will update the date above.

Terms of Service

By engaging THERACYREAPER LTD or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Services

All consulting engagements governed by The Covenant, defining scope, deliverables, and fees.

Digital Products

Sold via Mainstack under a non-transferable personal-use licence. Redistribution prohibited.

Intellectual Property

The Resonance Protocol and all named deliverables are proprietary to THERACYREAPER LTD.

Governing Law

Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Refund Policy

Effective January 2026

Digital Products

All digital sales final once download link is accessed. Technical issues: contact within 7 days.

The Soil Reading

  • 48+ hrs before session: Full refund
  • Within 48 hrs: No refund; reschedulable once within 30 days

Strategy Engagements

  • 7+ days before first session: Full refund
  • Within 7 days: 50% refund minus delivered work
  • After session 1: No refund. Remaining sessions reschedulable within 60 days
